Challenge

A leading pharmaceutical company was using a CSO that was not providing the results they had promised. They decided to use Star People and the other CSO to see if it would make a difference to growth.

It quickly became apparent that the Star People team were outperforming the other CSO company, and this led to Star People winning the contract.

Solution

In a competitive market, the two teams were put to the test. The GP team followed up with their GPs, promoting the product and getting the scripts written, while the retail team went into pharmacy, making sure the orders were being put through.
