Due to continued growth this UK-based medical devices organisation is seeking a Clinical Trainer to join their team to provide dedicated training and support for their product that puts the patient first.

Company Overview:

They pride themselves on providing a complete service to their accounts that includes delivery, installation, and ongoing training support. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a Clinical Trainer to join their growing team.

Job Overview:

  • Supporting planning & executing training/account plans for customers clinical staff prior to evaluations & implementations.
  • Providing training for existing customers on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
  • Ensuring that all customer training is of the highest standard.
  • Acting as a resource for customers on clinical and training information regarding our client’s products.
  • Completing all company processes and procedures on time in full.
  • Responding to customer requests within scope of role.
  • Supporting customer service and quality processes as required.

To be successful:

  • Demonstrable success in training and product support for medical consumables.
  • Prior clinical experience is essential ideally in the enteral, nutrition market.
  • Healthcare Professional qualification and/or first degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent
  • Current UK driving licence
  • Ability to build rapport with all customer types regardless of seniority or role.
  • Use technology effectively in business roles.
  • Understand financial and business information related to successful achievement of role purpose.
  • Understand clinical and technical information and data related to the successful achievement of the role purpose.
