This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare services organisation as a Commercial Director, responsible for development and implementation of strategic commercial goals and implementing the Sales & Marketing plans in line with company growth goals.

Job Overview:

  • Provide effective commercial leadership of sales, marketing & contract management teams, maximising potential and developing team members to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise return from existing business contracts through negotiation and contract management.
  • Develop and introduce new services including launch and promotional plans, ensuring clear measurements are in place.
  • Analyse marketing strengths and gaps including competitor analysis, market analytics, demand generation and forecasting
  • Drive business development activities identifying potential new areas for growth

To be successful:

  • Relevant degree (Commercial/Sales) e.g. BSc/BA in Business Administration, finance or relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior commercial role with proven track of building strong teams and driving growth in a competitive environment
  • Previous experience in a medical / healthcare company in a senior commercial role
  • Demonstrable experience in growing and developing both Sales & Marketing teams
  • Consultancy and partnership skills, including negotiation and influencing skills; proactively building relationship with others to achieve results
