We are pleased to be partnering with Menarini Stemline to resource for Commercial Market Access Managers! They are focused on the development and commercialisation of innovative oncology and haematology therapeutics.

Company Overview:

Menarini Stemline are seeking two Commercial Market Access Managers covering the therapy areas of oncology and haematology, respectively, and are actively looking for someone with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical drivers governing local approval processes, including price and reimbursement processes. The successful candidate will also be able to translate scientific data and knowledge into a market access value proposition across the local markets.

Job Overview:

  • Understanding value propositions of identified products.
  • Identifying key decision makers within defined territory and execute payer engagement and market access strategy to effectively reach out to target key stakeholders.
  • Building strong key advocacies and network relationships with high level stakeholders, and relevant parties to endorse and accelerate reimbursement.
  • Developing go-to market and reimbursement strategies, tools to support local applications, and negotiations with national and regional payers.
  • Identifying opportunities and driving processes and proposing solutions to address local budget holder needs.

To be successful:

  • Educated to a degree level or higher qualification in a Scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of market access experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge within Oncology and/or Haematology area is essential.
  • LIF qualified.
  • Very good understanding of the Swedish healthcare system on both national and regional level.
  • A deep understanding of the Swedish payer and political landscape and the different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written in one of the Nordic languages and English.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
