As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of customer engagement activities such as meeting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing the client at key meetings. You will understand the local healthcare economy in order to: identify the key people, understand the account context, and tailor calls based on individual and account needs.

Job Overview:

  • Maximizing sales of brands in the defined territory.
  • Establish and manage high quality HCP interactions, either in person or via video-conferencing and reliably executing sales & marketing plans and projects.
  • Act as account manager in the territory, ensuring professional account planning and management of all key accounts and executing a professional targeting & segmentation approach.
  • Develop and implement local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities to support HCP needs.
  • Acquire relevant knowledge of the market place in the territory.
  • Gather and interpret relevant data and insights, through customer and stakeholder interaction, as well as other available sources.

To be successful:

  • Account management experience, including business planning, account analysis, stakeholder mapping and performance measurement.
  • Customer relationship management with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrable MS experience.
  • Demonstrable sales successes and effective ability to communicate across the cross functional team.
