This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s team as a Women’s Health Market Access Manager. The successful candidate will utilise their deep understanding of regional decision makers, account performance and their ability to align business objectives to company strategy and NHS customer needs to achieve success. They will primarily be responsible for leading, developing and implementing market access strategies and delivering agreed sales.

Job Overview:

  • Develop and implement regional market access strategies and plans for launching brands to support the needs of the commercial and brand objectives.
  • Delivery of market access objectives for the UK.
  • Understand local NHS goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs, payers, and commissioners.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers, develop, and maintain a database in the customer relationship management tool.
  • Advocacy development – Create, sustain, and provide brand team/field force access to in depth relationships with KOLs.

To be successful:

  • Demonstrable experience in a UK Market Access role and of launching pharmaceutical products in the UK.
  • Proven ability to develop and mobilise key clinical advocates to influence local policy decisions and remove barriers to drive business.
  • Ability to use complex clinical and health economic data effectively in customer interactions.
  • Understanding of Women’s Health is preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice and other relevant regulations.
  • Full UK driving licence.
