Job Overview:

As Regional Business Manager you will be part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving national sales results and leading a successful team of Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives across the South of the UK.

  • Oversee all activity from a sales and training angle across the region.
  • Mentoring, supporting, and guiding a team of Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives
  • Implementing a strategic business plan and overseeing topline activities
  • Monitoring and reporting activity to analyse results and drive growth.

To be successful:

To be successful for this Regional Business Manager role you will be an experienced Sales Manager working within medical devices seeking an exciting role that will combine strategic business planning and team mentoring to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.

  • Demonstrable experience managing a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists
  • Strategic mindset with successful business planning experience at a national level
  • A motivated leader that knows how to inspire and develop, to get the best results from a varied team.
  • Experience working with medical devices; ideally wound care and chronic diseases.
